The Real Estate Specialist – Advisory will lead real estate advisory activities, including market assessment, financial feasibility, and strategic recommendations for land use and development potential. The role requires extensive experience in real estate advisory within the GCC, strong analytical skills, and ability to provide actionable insights for land development projects.
The project involves large-scale land development, including planning, infrastructure, and advisory support for real estate development. The Real Estate Specialist – Advisory will provide strategic guidance, market insights, and feasibility analysis to support the client’s investment and development decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in real estate advisory, land development, or investment analysis, preferably in GCC countries and Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi real estate regulations, zoning, and land development approvals.
- Proven experience conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and strategic advisory for large-scale projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in real estate analysis and modeling tools (Argus, Excel, GIS, or equivalent).
