We are seeking a dynamic Infrastructure & Water Segment Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales initiatives for Medium and Low Voltage (MV / LV) switchgear, power distribution, and control solutions across key projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a strategic driver of growth, responsible for identifying high-value opportunities in the infrastructure and water / wastewater sectors while building strong partnerships with consultants, contractors, end-users, and government entities. Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand Eaton’s market share in infrastructure (smart cities, transportation, utilities) and water sector projects. Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities, aligning with Eaton’s business objectives in KSA. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, end-users (e.g., SWCC, NWC, SCW), and government agencies. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to position Eaton as the preferred solution provider. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and collaborating with Eaton’s technical teams for customized solutions. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification to contract closure. Work closely with Eaton’s engineering, tendering, and legal teams to prepare competitive proposals. Drive prequalification efforts with major clients and government bodies to secure vendor approvals. Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve segment targets. Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide training to enhance team capabilities. Collaborate with Eaton’s regional and global teams to leverage best practices and innovative solutions. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management. Analyze project tenders, competitor strategies, and customer requirements to refine Eaton’s approach. Lead efforts for prequalification and vendor registration with relevant authorities and clients. Ensure product and company compliance with client and market requirements. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration. 7-10+ years of experience in B2B sales of MV / LV switchgear, power distribution, or electrical solutions. Proven track record in infrastructure (metro, airports, utilities) and water sector projects in KSA. Strong network with consultants, contractors, and government clients. Fluency in English & Arabic (written and spoken). Familiarity with Saudi standards (SASO, SEC, Aramco) and international certifications (IEC, IEEE).
