In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to warehouse operations within Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. Overview
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To : Manage storage area by optimizing floor space, adhering to stage design principles, and recommending improvements. Set and ensure a safe work environment by monitoring and mitigating risks and conducting awareness to the workers. Maintain inventory records accuracy by conducting weekly and monthly physical counts and reconciling variances / data entries. Handle and report receiving discrepancies, damages and non-conformities and maintain related system records. Schedule customer orders based on set priorities and ensure on-time deliveries. Coordinate with CSR to resolve errors or system holds of customer orders. Maintain temperature tracking records for the entire cold chain cycle. Maintain all compliance aspects related to warehouse activities meeting company and local authorities standards. Prepare and communicate transportation schedules to the transporters and assure availability of trucks. Follow up collection of PODs and upload them to SharePoint. Optimize transportation and consolidation to achieve savings while maintaining delivery standards. Prepare and handle monthly Cut Off - Reports. Receive and analyze RMAs; investigate any errors or customer complaints related to them. Implement physical and system scrapping according to set standards. Manage system settings, Auto-Run and ship confirm of deliveries. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. Oracle Specialist “ERP Business Suite” + Warehouse Management System (WMS). Warehousing + SKU (Store Keeping Unit), stock count skills. Computer software proficiency. Beckman Coulter Diagnostics supports flexible, hybrid working arrangements for eligible roles.
