Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on recruitment experience within IT companies (in-house only; agency / vendor / service-based profiles will not be considered)
• Proven knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in managing Government portals
• Strong command of Arabic and English
• Strategic mindset with the ability to partner across departments and deliver top-tier tech talent
