Strategic Real Estate Legal Counsel

Role & responsibilities

• Looking after the lease agreements, contracts, MoU, sale deeds and all other legal related works.
• Strong background in drafting, vetting and track record in handling real estate sector
• Drafting, reviewing and execution of legal agreements / documents like lease agreements, distributor agreements, service provider agreements, commercial agreements, supplier agreements, consultancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements.
• Identifying legal and commercial risk in a contract and proposing changes required to mitigate risk exposure.
• Responsible to manage any other non-litigation legal work and advising the organization on various legal issues.
• Managing and undertaking legal research as required.
• Co - ordination with external lawyers and attorney representing the Company for providing necessary information and inputs in respect of various suits and proceedings.
• Negotiations with the Vendors / Service Providers to finalize the agreement in the best interest of the Company.
• Ability to multi - task and meet deadlines.
• Work independently and handle the tasks effectively.
