SAP ABAP Consultant

MCA with SAP Certified ABAP. Working knowledge of SAP XI, PI, and BI is an added advantage. Database experience and skills desired, particularly with SQL Server.

Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for specification, development, testing, and documentation of ABAP code for SAP implementations. Interpret functional requirements and develop ABAP programs according to the specifications, including conversions, reports, forms, enhancements, and interfaces. Support the business requirements of the project. Investigate and correct issues, bugs, and system problems. Manage all change control items and Issue Log for ABAP Issues.

Job Specification

Skills include : ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, ABAP Objects, User Exits, BAPI, BADIs, SAP Script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, EDI, IDOCs, ALE, LSMW, BDC, and ALV Programming. Solid programming for the HR module is desired. Good overview and understanding of SD, MM, HR, and FICO modules. ABAP experience of at least 8 to 10+ years in a reputed IT company is required. Exposure to having worked in SAP Implementation Projects is needed, and having worked in GCC, KSA shall be an added advantage.
