Contract Specialist (FIDIC Framework Experience)

Avensys is a reputed global IT professional services company headquartered in Singapore, offering enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence, process automation, and managed services across banking, insurance, IT, healthcare, retail, and supply chain sectors.

We are currently looking to hire a Procurement Contract Specialist (FIDIC Framework experience) .

Work Location : Riyadh, KSA

About the role

The role ensures all contracting processes—from tendering to close‑out—support the execution of real estate development projects. The specialist should be experienced in contract management, procurement, and negotiation.

Required Work Experience

  • Experience in procurement contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of contract frameworks such as FIDIC and regulatory procedures.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing complex contract terms and resolving contractual issues.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tendering and contracting processes, including pre‑qualification of consultants, contractors, and suppliers when needed.
  • Manage contract execution for real estate projects from award to close‑out.
  • Participate in dispute resolution processes in coordination with Legal, Finance, and Insurance departments.
  • Coordinate and participate in the internal approval process for contract variations and amendments.
  • Ensure application of due diligence procedures during all stages of the contracting process.
  • Oversee proper close‑out of contracts, including final payments, documentation, and performance evaluation.
