What you’ll be doing

• Store level sell out target accountability.
• Build category manager relationships at store level.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sellout target.
• Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities.
• Improvement of individual Expert performance and skills.
• Ensure in-store stock at the appropriate level in the assigned stores.
• Foster a positive, high‑energy team environment focused on results.
• Address and resolve any performance issues.
• Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service.
