Job Description :
Job Title : Virtual Construction Manager
Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract : 3 to 6 months(extendable)
Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Construction Manager to oversee construction projects remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in digital tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
- Coordinate with on-site teams, contractors, and stakeholders remotely
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Utilize digital tools , such as project management software, BIM, and virtual reality, to enhance project delivery
