Job descriptionدرجة البكالوريوس في الرياضيات أو التربية (تخصص رياضيات). خبرة لا تقل عن (5) سنوات في تدريس المرحلة الثانوية. خبرة سابقة في التدريس داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. إجادة التعامل مع منصة Zoom للتدريس التفاعلي. إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office. قدرة على متابعة مستجدات اختبارات القبول الجامعي وتحديث المحتوى التدريبي. إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة، والقدرة على استخدام اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية. مهارات تواصل عالية وإدارة فعالة للحصص الافتراضية. القدرة على تبسيط المفاهيم الرياضية المعقدة وربطها بأسئلة اختبارات القبول. مهارات قوية في تقديم محتوى تعليمي رقمي مميز.

ملخص الوظيفة :
يقوم مدرب الرياضيات بتدريس دورات الاستعداد لاختبارات قياس لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية، من خلال الحصص التدريبية التفاعلية عبر الإنترنت. يلتزم المدرب بتطوير مهارات الطلاب في حل المسائل الرياضية وتعزيز التفكير التحليلي باستخدام أحدث الاستراتيجيات التعليمية الرقمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات :
- تقديم شروحات رياضيات متخصصة لاختبارات القبول الجامعي عبر منصة Zoom
- إعداد العروض التقديمية (PowerPoint) والملفات التدريبية الداعمة للشرح.
- استخدام برنامج Excel في إعداد الجداول التدريبية.
- تطوير محتوى تدريبي محدث بما يتناسب مع مستجدات اختبارات القبول.
- الإسهام في تطوير المناهج الرقمية والمواد التعليمية الخاصة بالمركز.
- الالتزام بمعايير الجودة في التدريب الإلكتروني والتفاعل مع الطلاب.
