We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale Fulfillment Center and Warehouse construction projects across the AMET region for a leading global e-commerce company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage new construction, renovations, and capacity expansions of fulfillment centers across the region.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from small renovations to $100M+ facilities.
• Advise on schedule, cost, and permitting impacts, and prepare reports, specifications, and technical analyses.
• Review and develop construction scope with internal teams and operational stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage changes with developers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, schedule, and sustainability KPIs.
• Provide overall site management, planning, and subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct design reviews and identify value engineering and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate smooth transition and turnover of completed facilities.
• Maintain clear and transparent communication across all teams and stakeholders.
