Senior Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Delivery, Development, and Application Support teams to gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Author and maintain Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documents for systems being handed over post go-live. Develop standardized handover documentation templates and checklists. Ensure that all handover deliverables include architecture overviews, configurations, support scenarios, workflows, and known issues. Translate technical specifications, user stories, and configurations into clear, structured documentation. Conduct interviews with SMEs and stakeholders to gather undocumented knowledge relevant to support. Review existing documentation and align with QMS and ITSM standards. Ensure documentation adheres to audit, compliance, and traceability requirements. Support periodic reviews and updates of documentation to reflect system changes or new releases.
