Purpose : The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, enhance brand equity, and increase market share within the retail sector. Define the brand identity, positioning, and messaging to resonate with target consumers and differentiate the brand in the competitive retail landscape. Responsibilities

Establish the roadmap, strategy, and vision for the product in accordance with the objectives of the business. Stay informed on industry guidelines, new developments in technology, and emerging trends to ensure product relevance and competitiveness. Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive traffic to retail locations, and increase sales. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that retail merchandise reflects the brand's image and messaging effectively. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and development within the retail sector. Establish and maintain relationships with retail partners to maximize brand visibility and optimize retail placement opportunities. Oversee the visual merchandising of retail spaces to ensure that the brand's image and identity are effectively communicated to consumers. Manage the retail brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve desired outcomes. Monitor and analyze the performance of retail marketing initiatives, using key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Lead and motivate a team of retail marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of brand strategies. Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning within the retail marketplace, ensuring alignment with consumer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape. Oversee the development and management of the retail product portfolio, collaborating closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives. Champion the brand identity, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all retail touchpoints and communications channels. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support brand objectives and drive consumer engagement and conversion in retail channels. Collaborate with the National Retail Manager to develop and implement retail channel strategies that optimize brand presence, visibility, and performance across retail outlets. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and retail operations, to align brand initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless execution. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate brand performance in the retail sector, analyzing metrics to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and tactics. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, retail partners, and external agencies, fostering collaboration and alignment in support of brand objectives. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and evaluation after launch. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred. Proven 4-6 years’ experience in brand management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry. Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in market research and analysis tools. Passion for consumer insights and brand storytelling.
