IT Specialist

Overview We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and troubleshooting our company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and high system performance.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.

Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for employees.

Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup.

Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT assets.

Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support IT operations.

Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as an IT Specialist, System Administrator, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, and IT security practices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
