Key Responsibilities

Design and implement integration solutions using

IBM DataPower appliances , including configuring and customizing

DataPower services

such as XML Gateway, Multi-Protocol Gateway, and Web Services Proxy. Develop and maintain integration interfaces, including RESTful and SOAP web services, using DataPower’s XSLT, XML, and JSON processing capabilities. Monitor and optimize the performance of DataPower services and integrations to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability. Provide technical support for DataPower-related issues, including diagnosing and resolving integration problems, and participating in incident management and root cause analysis. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for DataPower configurations, integration solutions, and deployment processes. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations. Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions that align with business goals. Stay updated on the latest IBM DataPower features and best practices. Propose and implement enhancements to improve integration processes and technologies. Hands-on experience in IBM CP4I.
