We are looking for a hands‑on and organized

Warehouse Technician Supervisor

to oversee daily warehouse operations and support both project logistics and trading activities. The ideal candidate will maintain a well‑organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and dispatching of company‑owned equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities 1. Warehouse Operations (80%) – Project Equipment Handling

Receive, inspect, and log all equipment returned from projects.

Clean, maintain, and store tools and materials properly.

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment.

Prepare and dispatch equipment for upcoming projects according to schedule.

Maintain accurate inventory and tracking records for tools, test kits, and field equipment.

Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

Coordinate with project teams for incoming and outgoing materials.

Verify all equipment meets operational standards before dispatch.

2. Trading Operations (20%) – Order Fulfillment

Handle client orders efficiently, ensuring timely receiving and dispatching of traded materials.

Verify accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Coordinate deliveries with logistics providers and update shipment records.

3. Administration & Reporting

Maintain up‑to‑date inventory and material movement logs.

Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment of consumables.

Support inventory audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

5 years

of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a

technical or MEP environment .

Strong

technical and mechanical aptitude

for maintenance and basic repairs.

Excellent

organizational and documentation skills .

Experience with

inventory management systems

or

ERP tools .

Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).

Reliable, detail‑oriented, and proactive in maintaining a safe, tidy workspace.
