Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage post-award contract administration including correspondence, claims, variations, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC contract conditions , company policies, and legal requirements.
• Review and interpret contract clauses , obligations, and deliverables to support project execution teams.
• Monitor contract performance , cost impact, and ensure timely notifications as per contractual requirements.
• Lead preparation and defense of claims, extensions of time (EOT), and cost variations .
• Coordinate with project, commercial, and legal teams for dispute resolution and contract closure.
• Maintain records of contractual communication , change orders, and payment certificates.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities , advising project leadership on mitigation strategies.
• Participate in progress meetings , client reviews, and audits related to contract performance.
• Support procurement and subcontract teams in post-award subcontract administration aligned with main contract terms.
