MFG Quality Management (Saudi Nationals)

Description and Requirements

You will provide local quality support to Lenovo’s Manufacturing sites with particular emphasis on PC products. Also be the main interface between broader WW teams in China and the rest of the countries regarding all matters relating to Mfg. Quality Engineering.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure manufacturing sites meet quality KPIs and follow established process quality plans.
• Support development of global manufacturing quality plans for new products.
• Certify new manufacturing lines during validation phases using WWQE standards.
• Manage and analyze boxline fallout, audits (OOB, XCSA), and drive improvements for FPY.
• Implement robust failure analysis systems and capture lessons learned at manufacturing sites.
• Deploy quality tools (FMEA, Pareto, Lean Six Sigma) for process improvement.
• Prepare and present quality performance metrics to global teams and support product launches.
• Act as liaison between local manufacturing site and global quality teams, including audits, issue resolution, and compliance.
