Job Description

Senior Cost Manager to join the team working in KSA, a revolutionary urban development project. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in cost management on large-scale, complex infrastructure or mega-projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Cost Control : Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive cost control systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management across various work packages for The Line project.
• Budget Management : Establish and manage the overall project budget, ensuring robust financial governance and alignment with project scope and schedule.
• Cost Reporting & Analysis : Prepare detailed, timely, and accurate cost reports, variance analysis, and cash flow projections for project stakeholders and senior management.
• Risk Management : Identify, assess, and manage cost-related risks, developing mitigation strategies and managing the project contingency budget.
• Contract Administration : Oversee cost-related aspects of contract administration, including managing variations, claims, and final account settlements with contractors and suppliers.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and lead a team of cost professionals, fostering best practices and ensuring consistent application of cost management procedures.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for cost matters, effectively communicating financial status and recommendations to internal teams, external consultants, and NEOM leadership.
