Product Lead

Responsibilities :

Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and detailed specifications. Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting. Lead, mentor, and inspire the product team to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Requirements :

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead in app development or a related field. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other product management frameworks. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
