Manager - Power Design (MAS6-20005470)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Lead - Power Design to play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and execution of power systems for our cutting-edge entertainment and leisure projects. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical design aspects, ensuring that all power solutions are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Your leadership will be essential in managing a team of engineers and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative power solutions that meet the demands of our growing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the power design team in developing comprehensive electrical designs for all projects within Qiddiya.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee the design process from conceptualization through detailed design, integration, and execution.
• Conduct load calculations, power system modeling, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil, mechanical, and structural engineers, to ensure a cohesive design approach.
• Review and approve design documents, ensuring quality and alignment with project specifications.
• Engage with stakeholders, presenting design concepts and responding to feedback effectively.
• Stay updated on trends and advancements in power design and technology to integrate innovative solutions.
