ERP Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Coordinator to support the successful implementation and post go‑live optimization of our Odoo ERP system across all departments : HR, IT, Procurement, Accounting, and Finance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong project management background, with experience in IT tools and a logical, problem‑solving mindset. The ERP Project Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring smooth integration, process alignment, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Odoo ERP implementation across HR, IT, Procurement, Accounting, and Finance departments, ensuring timely completion of milestones, adherence to project timelines, and deliverables.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external vendors (Odoo), ensuring clear, concise, and consistent communication between all parties.
• Guide users in understanding, implementing, and optimizing the ERP system by ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements across multiple departments.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues arising during implementation, liaising with the ERP vendor to address system bugs, configuration issues, or user queries.
• Assist in training users on ERP functionalities, ensure the creation and maintenance of clear documentation for internal users, and support continuous learning.
• Gather feedback from end‑users to identify areas of improvement and work on implementing necessary changes or improvements to the system.
