We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Develop and implement efficient processes for inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand. Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure they are meeting performance goals. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity, efficiency, and accuracy. Conduct regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with system records. Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and any issues that may arise. Prepare reports on warehouse activities such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and employee productivity. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management or a similar role. Knowledge of inventory management systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to meet performance goals. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with safety regulations for warehouses. Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in Malayalam Experience working in a warehouse setting in Saudi Arabia Previous experience managing a multicultural team Benefits
