Role Overview

We are seeking a Usability Engineer with deep knowledge in human factors, cognitive psychology, and behavioral UX. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with usability testing methods, accessibility audits, heuristic evaluations, and a track record of translating findings into actionable design improvements. NN / g or HFI certifications are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and analyze formative and summative usability studies, including moderated / unmoderated tests
• Perform heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, and accessibility assessments
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to improve user experience based on findings
• Create and maintain usability testing protocols, documentation, and research repositories
• Define and measure usability KPIs (task success rate, error rate, time on task, etc.)
• Advocate for evidence‑based design decisions and usability best practices across teams
• Support the development of design systems and product guidelines with usability input
• Help train and mentor cross‑functional teams on usability principles and tools
