Job Description Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the outlet(s) daily operations with a goal of providing a high quality experience to guests.
Job Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and greet our customers to the outlet
Will learn to possess good product knowledge and be well-versed in all menu items served
Confidently present the menu and propose / upsell different food & beverage choices to our customers
Place orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system and help serve orders to the tables accurately
Assist in clearing and resetting of tables according to hygiene standards and requirements
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the service station
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management relating to the service and cleanliness of the restaurant
Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
Handle guests' feedback promptly.
Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
Perform other duties as directed by the management.
Qualifications Qualifications / Requirements
Capable of providing excellent customer service with a can-do attitude
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
Able to work in a fast paced environment, with a keen eye for quality control.
