Lead portfolio management for transformation projects and programs across business and support units, ensuring strategic alignment, value delivery, cross‑functional coordination (including IT and Digital), and performance excellence through governance, coaching and rigorous assurance.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects under the assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives.
- Portfolio leadership : Own end‑to‑end management of assigned project and program portfolios; ensure alignment to strategy, benefits targets, budgets and timelines.
- Cross‑functional delivery : Oversee programs that intersect with IT, Digital and other functions; drive dependency management, integrated planning and coordinated execution.
- Executive reporting & escalation : Provide concise status updates, risk escalations and decision papers to the Transformation Head, Strategy Execution Head and Senior Director. Prepare executive dashboards and steering committee materials for high‑priority initiatives.
- Governance & assurance : Implement and enforce Delivery Office governance, stage‑gate criteria, quality controls and assurance reviews across portfolios. Chair or participate in portfolio review forums.
- Performance management : Conduct periodic delivery performance reviews using centralized frameworks; track portfolio KPIs (schedule, budget, benefits, risk) and drive corrective actions for underperforming initiatives.
- Coaching & capability building : Coach, mentor and develop Associate Director / Manager Project and Program Delivery; set performance expectations, conduct calibration reviews and foster a community of practice for delivery excellence.
- Resource & demand management : Coordinate capacity planning, resource allocation and prioritization on the assigned portfolios to optimize delivery throughput and benefits realization.
- Stakeholder management : Build strong relationships with business unit leaders, IT, Digital, Finance, Risk and Compliance to align priorities, resolve escalations and secure necessary support.
- Continuous improvement : Drive improvements to portfolio processes, tooling and reporting; capture lessons learned and champion best practices to increase predictability and efficiency.
- Participate in portfolio planning sessions, resource allocation discussions, and demand scoping with planning and benefit realization teams.
Provide regular portfolio updates, health metrics, and strategic insights to the Senior Director of Delivery Office.
