Rotating&Mechanical Lead

The Rotating & Mechanical Lead is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities related to rotating and mechanical equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. With at least 8 years of solid experience in the petrochemical or refinery industry, the role includes supervising maintenance teams, managing preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. The Lead ensures adherence to safety and quality standards, coordinates with engineering and operations, and supports root cause analysis and continuous improvement. The position also involves planning major overhauls, maintaining equipment history, and optimizing maintenance strategies for pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating assets.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Supervise maintenance and repair of rotating and mechanical equipment across the facility.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for maintenance planning and execution.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Lead root cause analysis for mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.

Manage and maintain documentation, including maintenance records and equipment history.

Provide technical support and training to mechanical maintenance personnel.
