Job Description

Job Title : Structure Fabricator

Location : Saudi Arabia

Experience : 3 Years

Main Responsibilities

Fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel components as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Perform cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, and welding operations using appropriate tools and machines.

Measure and mark materials accurately to ensure precise fabrication and alignment.

Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with project standards and safety regulations.

Operate fabrication machinery (e.g., shears, press brakes, welding machines, grinders) efficiently and safely.

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.

Assist in the erection and installation of fabricated steel structures on-site.

Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment during fabrication and installation.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete projects within deadlines.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma / ITI / Diploma in Fabrication, Welding, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural steel fabrication (Gulf experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of steel fabrication techniques and welding methods.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Certification in welding / fabrication (e.g., AWS, ASME, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Skills Required

Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Arc) and metal fabrication processes.

Knowledge of cutting, shaping, and assembling structural metal components.

Strong understanding of safety standards and ability to work at heights if required.

Attention to detail and precision in measurement and fabrication.

Physical stamina and ability to work in a demanding construction / fabrication environment.

Teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with engineers and supervisors.
