We are looking for a strategic and analytical Business Growth Analyst to help drive our company’s growth initiatives. In this role, you will analyze market trends, assess business performance, and identify opportunities for expansion and revenue generation. You will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies that support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and growth trends.
Analyze sales, revenue, and operational data to evaluate business performance and growth potential.
Support the development of business growth strategies, including new market entry, product expansion, and partnership initiatives.
Prepare financial models, forecasts, and business cases to assess the feasibility of growth initiatives.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to implement growth strategies and track results.
Monitor key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business growth initiatives.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management to guide strategic decision‑making.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

2–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or business development.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and market research.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Identification and execution of growth opportunities.

Revenue growth and market expansion metrics.

Accuracy and effectiveness of business forecasts and analyses.

Contribution to strategic initiatives and ROI.
