Civil Structural Engineer

Produce detailed structural designs and related civil / structural design calculations in line with applicable standards and codes.

Develop Engineering Specifications, scope of work, and technical reports.

Coordinate assigned activities with projects and engineering staff.

SCOPE :

Responsible for civil / structural design calculations and detailing of office and industrial buildings, heavy equipment supports, and foundations including foundations for tanks, vessels, pumps, heat exchangers, compressors, and machinery. Designing and detailing of pipe racks, platforms, heavy equipment support structures, and miscellaneous steel structures. Design and detailing of paving and grading, oily water, and storm water drainage in plant areas. Construction support for projects. Job Specification

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 2. Thorough knowledge of STADD-III / STAAD PRO. 3. Minimum 6 years of experience, out of which a minimum of 4 years as a Structural Engineer. 4. Fully conversant with international standards, codes, and practices related to structural design. 5. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
