Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a

Structural Engineer

based in

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The Structural Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and supervision of structural works for various construction projects, ensuring that all designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications; coordinating with architectural and MEP teams; providing technical support during construction; and ensuring compliance with Saudi Building Codes and international design standards. The role also involves performing site inspections, reviewing contractor submissions, resolving technical issues, and maintaining project documentation to ensure structural integrity and design accuracy throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering

7+ years of professional experience in structural design, supervision, or consultancy (KSA experience preferred)

Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, or SAP2000

Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structure design

Familiarity with Saudi Building Codes, ACI, BS, and IBC standards

Proven experience in coordination with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, MEP, and Construction)

Ability to review shop drawings, design calculations, and material submittals

Experience in site supervision and construction support services

Good command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage

Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

High attention to detail and commitment to design quality and safety compliance

Membership or eligibility for the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) preferred
