Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Design Review Operations Manager to join our team. Highly organized, and resilient Design Review Committee expert to lead and support a near-weekly design governance process for SD architecture and engineering projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage Design Review Committee meetings : schedule, prepare agendas, collate design packages, and accurately record minutes.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations that clearly articulate design concepts and satisfy executive-level review.
• Review submission packages to ensure completeness, alignment with review criteria, and readiness for presentation.
• Track actions, sign-offs, and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders, enforcing accountability against deadlines.
• Act as the main liaison among project teams, design managers, and executive leadership.
• Maintain version control and documentation of decisions, feedback, and design revisions.
• Identify and address potential risks to the review schedule and workflow, proposing proactive solutions.
• Support the enhancement of committee operations and continuous improvement of governance practices.
