Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician with expertise in cable tray installation to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing testing and maintaining electrical systems and infrastructure with a focus on routing and securing cable trays in commercial and industrial environments Key Responsibilities Install and secure cable tray systems ladder perforated solid bottom wire mesh etc according to project drawings and specifications Pull route and terminate electrical cables through cable trays and conduits Interpret and work from electrical schematics layout drawings and wiring diagrams Perform electrical installations including lighting power distribution and control systems Ensure installations comply with local electrical codes safety standards and project specifications Cut bend thread and install conduits and supports Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits Collaborate with other trades and team members to meet project deadlines Maintain a clean and safe working environment Requirements Proven experience as an Electrician in industrial or commercial environments Demonstrated experience in cable tray fitting and installation Familiarity with various types of cable trays ladder trunking wire mesh etc Strong knowledge of electrical systems tools and materials Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces Good understanding of safety procedures and PPE requirements Valid electrical license or certification as required by jurisdiction Optional ECS CSCS Card or other industry certifications Preferred Qualifications Vocational training or apprenticeship in electrical installation Experience working on largescale construction or industrial projects Basic knowledge of mechanical or HVAC systems is a plus Work Conditions Onsite work in construction or industrial environments May involve lifting climbing and extended periods of standing or bending Exposure to varying weather conditions if working outdoors
