Job descriptionServe as the Application Owner for ERP systems, ensuring reliability, compliance, and optimal performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement tailored ERP solutions. Manage end-to-end ERP integrations with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow. Conduct user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and audit standards related to ERP operations. Handle vendor management, including coordination for issue resolution, upgrades, and service delivery. Generate and maintain operational and performance reports to support business decision-making. Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. Hands-on experience with key business modules including : Finance, Procurement, Human Resources (HR), Supply Chain Management. Solid understanding of system integration, reporting, and business process mapping. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
