Join JASARA PMC, a leading program management company, as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and contribute to the success of our civil engineering projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and challenging projects, making a significant impact in the industry.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying for our projects
Lead a team of quantity surveyors and provide guidance and support
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
Conduct cost control and value engineering activities to optimize project costs
Review subcontractor and supplier documentation and performance
Resolve contractual disputes and claims with contractors
Prepare and present reports on project costs and progress

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the civil engineering sector

Professional membership or certification in quantity surveying is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
