Overview

AI Value Realization Expert is responsible to ensure the successful translation of business needs into delivered data and AI capabilities to realize benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical delivery teams to ensure data and AI initiatives align with business priorities.
• Lead use case intake, assessment, and prioritization in collaboration with demand owners and BAs, implementation teams.
• Define value realization framework as required in collaboration with different teams and lines of business.
• Define and translate business requirements into high-level use case charters and ensure clarity on expected outcomes and KPIs for value realization.
• Support feasibility assessments and help identify the right data sources, AI capabilities, and solution options.
• Track use case delivery status and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Data Engineering, MLOps, AI / ML teams, and data governance teams for seamless delivery.
• Work with business sponsors to validate value realization and adoption post-delivery.
• Maintain a clear and up-to-date pipeline of AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the demand management process, templates, and governance practices.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and ethical AI considerations are embedded early in the use case lifecycle.
