Job description

Archisurance is expanding its Architecture & AI practice and is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect to guide our clients through large-scale digital and AI-driven transformation. Project Location(s) : Riyadh

Education : BS / BSc / MSc / MBA

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise-architecture engagement : discovery, capability mapping, target-state definition and roadmap.
  • Produce high-quality artefacts—business, application, data, technology and security views—using ArchiMate or Sparx EA.
  • Establish or refine architecture-governance forums, principles and decision-making processes.
  • Embed AI-readiness : data-fabric patterns, MLOps guard-rails and responsible-AI controls.
  • Lead cloud-migration assessments (AWS / Azure) and define interim architectures for phased modernisation.
  • Facilitate C-suite and stakeholder workshops to align strategy, investment and risk.
  • Mentor solution architects and client teams; contribute to Archisurance knowledge libraries and pre-sales proposals.

Skills / Experience

  • 8+ years in enterprise or solution architecture across multiple domains; TOGAF or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven track record designing target architectures and operating models for financial-services or other highly-regulated sectors.
  • Depth in cloud platforms, API management, micro-services and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with AI / data-platform components (feature stores, vector DBs, model registries) a strong plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and presentation skills; able to translate technical vision into board-level outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise trade-offs between speed, cost and risk.
  • Comfortable leading distributed teams and working across cultures; business-level English (Arabic a plus).
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude with personal accountability and a commitment to continuous learning.
