Key Responsibilities

• Contract Administration : Manage all contracts and subcontracts related to the project (EPC, subcontractors, vendors, consultants). Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
• Commercial Management : Monitor and control project costs and budgets in collaboration with the commercial and finance teams. Conduct valuations, variations, and change management procedures. Support cost forecasting and cash flow projections. Identify, prepare, and manage claims including extensions of time (EoT), variations, and disputes. Coordinate with legal counsel as required and participate in negotiation and resolution processes. Identify contractual risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies. Monitor contractual obligations and ensure timely notifications and compliance with key milestones and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are understood and met. Represent Worley in meetings related to commercial and contractual matters.
