We are currently looking for a passionate Assistant Marketing Manager to assist the DOC in the development, coordination and execution of all communications activities. Under the general guidance and supervision of the DOC / DMM and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, you will promote and maintain good communications in order to build and maintain the prestigious image of the hotel. Key Responsibilities

Assist and support the coordination of communication activities and promotion. Maintain a comprehensive master slide library for all advertising collateral and public relations activities. Gather competitor hotel advertising clippings. Keep DOC and marketing staff informed on communications activities of main competitors. Support communications and related duties and functions as deemed necessary. Perform administrative duties as required. Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Creative Designing / Graphics or E‑commerce from a recognized institution. 2 years of social media & graphics designing experience. Oral and written proficiency in English; business correspondence skills. Ability and willingness to work long hours. Ability to multi‑task. Ability to interpret data. Expertise in Adobe software (Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere). Additional Information
