We are seeking a Senior Data & Insights Analyst to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking team at the heart of a rapidly growing ecosystem in the sports and entertainment space. This role is ideal for an experienced analytics professional who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

As a key player in the data function, you’ll work across the full data lifecycle—from ingestion and cleansing through analysis and interpretation—to deliver high-impact insights to stakeholders. If you're passionate about data storytelling, confident in statistical methodologies, and skilled at bringing structure to large, often unstructured data sets, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze ticketing, user behavior, market, and operational data to uncover trends and opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and KPIs
• Apply statistical methods and data mining to forecast trends and support business strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor junior analysts and support the evolution of analytics practices within the team
• Improve data collection, processing, and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy
