With expertise and excellence in the modular building sector, we deliver durable, efficient, and customized solutions to clients across industries.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Jeddah . The ideal candidate will have experience in the Saudi sales market , preferably in the Portable Cabin or Modular Construction industry. This role is primarily focused on finding potential clients, converting leads into clients , achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and driving business growth through consistent performance and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Western Region (Saudi Arabia).
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Finding potential clients & generating leads.
  • Convert leads into successful sales.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the Saudi market .
  • Background in Portable Cabin, Modular Building, or Construction Materials (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Arabic language proficiency (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must have a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales targets .
