As a Salesperson you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with clients promoting our luxury product offerings including Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster and ensuring a remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with customers to maximize sales potential.
  • Present and demonstrate products effectively to attract and retain customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing initiatives to increase brand exposure and engagement.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries or complaints efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales ideally in the retail or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customerfocused approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Goaloriented with a passion for delivering results.
  • Previous experience in the mattress or bedding industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Valid drivers license and availability to travel as necessary.
  • Age between 25 to 35 years old.
  • Saudi and Egyptian Arabic / English speakers are preferred.
