Fitch Learning is currently seeking a

Senior Analyst

based out of our Riyadh office.

The purpose of this role is to support and oversee the delivery of tailored learning programs for Fitch Learning clients. These programs often involve blended solutions, can be complex, and cover multiple topics. The focus will be on supporting the logistical elements of classroom training and the administration of online portals and e-learning.

How You’ll Make an Impact :

Manage the logistical elements of all phases of tailored learning programs, including short 2–3-day courses and longer, more complex early career programs

Work closely with Learning and Development teams to understand learning outcomes and program requirements

Create project plans and schedules based on information gathered during the discovery phase

Project manage internal teams and stakeholders involved in the delivery of all aspects of the programs

Collaborate with clients to understand measures of success and develop strategies for Fitch Learning to demonstrate how those measures have been met

Lead the debriefing phase by collating qualitative and quantitative feedback from all program stakeholders

Consider the learner journey and how delegate performance is measured and quantified

Take ownership of a defined portfolio of clients, strengthening relationships, and managing all program and reporting needs

Assist with portal and e-learning management, including but not limited to :

Creating and sending joining instructions

Managing delegate records

Editing client portal content

Creating learning pathways

Configuration and testing

Collate and distribute reports for clients using internal and third-party systems

Manage data : format and import data into client portals

Monitor virtually delivered training using meeting / training platforms

Contribute to reviewing and enhancing team processes and objectives

You May be a Good Fit if :

You have previous experience managing clients and stakeholders in Learning and Development environments

You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills

You are a quick thinker, able to respond effectively to challenges and unforeseen issues

You are an excellent influencer, able to build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and learners

You have experience preparing management information (MI) reports

You possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple programs simultaneously

You have experience working in fast-paced, service-led environments

What Would Make You Stand Out :

Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Experience using virtual meeting / training platforms such as Zoom and WebEx

Basic knowledge of SCORM
