Senior Associate - Finance Technology (CORS347)

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation / ramp up and integration of finance systems (e.g., SAP) across business units.
• Support IT, finance, and business teams to ensure smooth system adoption and functionality.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the finance technology roadmap and ramp up of business support activity.
• Support technology ramp up activities across Finance including the development and support of system go-live avtivity (training & testing) Undertake discrete finance technology projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Support the standardization and integration of financial data across systems.
• Assist in implementing reporting tools and dashboards to provide real-time financial insights.
• Work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
• Support change management efforts, including communication and training, to drive user adoption.
• Support the implementation of system controls and audit readiness.
• Identify and recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging finance technologies and contribute to team development and training.
