Overview
Goal of function : As the Acute Therapy Application Specialist holds primary responsibility for driving sales and marketing initiatives related to the company’s services.
Responsibilities
- Presents, promotes and sells products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
- Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
- Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyses the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
