Key Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and strategic direction to the fire department. Develop, implement, and oversee fire safety policies, procedures, and training programs. Coordinate and supervise emergency response operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Manage departmental budgets, resources, and personnel. Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international fire safety regulations and standards. Establish strong relationships with community stakeholders and other emergency response agencies. Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to department personnel. Requirements :

Extensive experience in fire service, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role. Certification in Fire Officer III / IV, Firefighter I / II, or equivalent. Strong understanding of fire safety laws, regulations, and best practices. Proven skills in leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making under pressure.
