Plan and manage targeted digital ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic ads) focusing on business owners & HR professionals in Saudi Arabia. Optimize website & landing pages for SEO and lead conversion Manage CRM and email outreach campaigns Track and report on campaign performance & enhancements Coordinate retargeting ads and custom audience strategies Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (B2B) Experience in Paid Ads Management : Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Meta with proven ability to generate leads SEO & SEM for B2B search terms :
Keyword research, Op-page optimization, content strategy Analytics & Reporting :
Google analytics, conversion tracking Email & CRM Tools & Automation :
familiar with platforms like Mailchimp Basic Visual Skills :
Ability to use Canva or edit creative Landing Page development :
Basic knowledge of HTML or similar Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel :
knowledge of Saudi market, labor laws, HR services in KSA Strong analytical mindset & strategic thinker Goal-focused & ROI-driven with strong execution skills Professional certification in Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP), Google Digital Marketing Certificate, and Google Data Analytics Certificate. Fluent in English.
