Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support : Assist with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Employee Onboarding : Help manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first experience.
  • Employee Engagement : Support the organization of employee events, team-building activities, and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • HR Administration : Maintain accurate employee records, assist with HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Social Interaction : Serve as a point of contact for employees, fostering a welcoming and open environment to address any HR-related inquiries.
  • Communication : Use strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist with various HR projects.
