Do you have proven experience in delivering professional training programs? Tharwah Academy is expanding its network of expert trainers and we’re looking for passionate instructors in the following fields :

Human Resources (HR) – including best practices, employment laws, and organizational development.
Accounting & Finance – from fundamentals to advanced practices.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) – workplace safety, compliance, and risk management.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) – practical applications, tools, and emerging trends.
Cybersecurity – protecting systems, data, and organizations in today’s digital world.

What We’re Looking For :

Demonstrated experience in teaching or delivering training programs in one of the above fields.

Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CPA, NEBOSH, CISSP, etc.) are highly valued.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to engage, inspire, and simplify complex topics for diverse learners.

Design and deliver interactive training sessions tailored to diploma programs.

Develop customized learning content to meet learner and market needs.

Facilitate engaging workshops both in-person and virtually.

Provide expert insights, case studies, and practical applications.
