Business Development Manager Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and dynamic

Business Development Executive

to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and in-person networking. Maintain a strong understanding of company services, competition, and industry trends. Pitch services to potential clients, identify possible RFP’s and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) effectively. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects and follow up as needed. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to align client needs and service delivery. Prepare reports and forecasts for management. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings as a representative of the organization. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel if required. Preferred Qualifications (Optional) : MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 5+ years KSA or UAE Experience Multilingual abilities are a plus.
